HSE Live: Syracuse 2026
By completing your registration for HSE Live: Syracuse, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
No Refund Policy
All conference registrations are non-refundable. Your registration immediately initiates essential conference planning, including name badge printing, catering orders, venue setup, and event materials. These costs are committed in advance and are not recoverable.
As such, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including changes in schedule, illness, or travel issues.
Name Substitutions
We do allow name substitutions at no cost through August 23, 2026 (30 days prior to the event). If the original registrant cannot attend, another individual from the same organization may take their place.
Substitutions must be submitted in writing to info@headstarteast.org and must include the replacement attendee's full name, title, and email address.
Rate Guarantee and Payment Requirements
Secure your registration rate with the following options:
- Early Bird: $450 per person (through July 25, 2026)
- Early Bird Group (5+): $400 per person (through July 25, 2026)
- Standard: $475 per person (July 26 through September 20, 2026)
- Standard Group (5+): $425 per person (July 26 through September 20, 2026)
- Walk-in: $500 per person (September 21 onward)
To lock in your rate, submit full payment (via credit card or check) or a signed purchase order by the respective deadline.
Unpaid registrations will automatically roll to the next pricing tier. Participation is contingent upon confirmed payment or a valid purchase order.
Purchase Order Payments
Payment is due within 45 days of invoice date.
Please reference your Purchase Order number on all remittance documentation.
